Great Keppel Island Beaches; Leeke's Beach

A beautiful beach about 2km. long and almost always deserted, it's sheltered from the prevailing south easterly winds so if it is a bit windy you can come here, the tide is out in these photos so you can gauge how gently the beach shelves, this is typical of the island's beaches. The track is a bit steep in parts so get some advice from the staff at the Great Keppel Island Holiday Village if you have any doubts about your fitness.
